We are delighted to announce that we will be back this summer to celebrate our tenth anniversary with a new production of Love’s Labour’s Lost, Shakespeare’s sparkling comedy of flirtation, foolishness and the irresistible pull of love. The production will be directed by Toby Gordon.
The entrance will be via the south gate beside the church. Please check in at the box office on arrival even if you are a local resident and have access via other gates. The show begins at 7pm, and the gardens will be open for you to bring your own picnics and refreshments from 5.30pm onwards. Chairs are provided but unreserved. There will be a brief interval and the play will finish by 9.30pm. If you plan to picnic, please take away all your rubbish and respect the neighbours as you leave.
Our founding sponsor, Domus Nova, will once again be setting up their fabulous picnic area. There’ll be garden games for children to enjoy ahead of the performance and a pop-up offering complimentary popcorn, sweets and a limited number of drinks.
